I’m a Sports Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and the founder of We Run Nutrition. I help runners and active humans who are tired of feeling flat, under-fuelled, or stuck guessing what to eat.

"Jess was someone I saw achieving the goals I wanted to achieve in running, yet despite trying to do things on my own with the “I know best attitude” for almost a year, I wasn’t getting anywhere close to my goals. This is when I decided to reach out and work with Jess to train for my first Half Marathon race.

The block was 8 short weeks, yet it completely transformed my running, my love for the sport and my self-confidence.
